Christmas 2018:

The last day for orders with deliveries before Christmas is 19th December before 10am
 anything after this cut off can not have guaranteed delivery.

We will be closed between 24th December until 27th December but will pick up all orders placed in this time as soon as we are back and process ASAP.

If you have any queries during this time please email enquiries@tipplesworth.com stating your order number in the subject and we will get back to you ASAP.

Orders under £185:

£6.99 DPD Next Delivery (1-2 working days*) for UK Mainland

All deliveries are trackable and will require a signature upon being received. Tracking information will be sent via email once the item is dispatched.

*Orders placed after 10am cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day and will be delivered 1-2 working days (DPD Next Day Delivery) from dispatch.

Delivery to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight will incur an additional delivery surcharge.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Isle of Wight: £7.00 surcharge

Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE and PO30-41

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: £13.20 surcharge

Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25


International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the UK but some of our retailers may be able to help in our place. The best option seems to be our friends at Harvey Nichols . Simply change the flag on the top left corner of the webpage to your country and it should provide available delivery options when ordering.


Returns:

Unwanted goods that have been correctly supplied will only be accepted for return at our discretion within 7 working days from the date of your order being delivered.  You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items. It will be your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition via a tracked mail service that delivers glassware/alcohol (i.e. Parcelforce or FedEx).

Alternatively, Tipplesworth can arrange for a collection and will minus the delivery fee from your return.  We regret we are unable to refund any carriage costs. In the event of receiving damaged goods, you must notify us immediately and we may ask you to confirm this in writing.  Do not return the goods unless instructed by us and retain the goods and packaging until the carrier has had an opportunity to review them.
