A delightful twist on a Christmas classic! Mix this syrup with dark rum and pressed apple juice for a Mince Pie Martini.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 50ml dark rum, 50ml of Cloudy Apple Juice and 12.5ml of Mince Pie Syrup. Shake it like you mean it and strain into a martini glass. Happy Tippling! For cocktail kudos, pour double cream over a teaspoon into the glass and finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon
