Rum Punch

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml Dark Rum
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Grenadine
  • 50ml Orange Juice
  • 60ml Pineapple Juice
  • 3-4 dashes of Angostura Bitter
  • Sprinkling of nutmeg

GLASSWARE:

  • Jam Jar

METHOD:

Using the jigger, pour the measured Dark Rum, Lime Juice, Grenadine, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice into a jam filled with ice. Pop the lid on and shake it like you mean it, once you have a frothy top remove the lid and add a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Finish with a fun garnish, we used a slice of pineapple and a cocktail cherry.

  • Mini paper umbrella
